Software License Agreement

This agreement governs your use of the Golden Cudgel game software.

1. License Grant

StarDream Game Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Golden Cudgel game software for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Permitted Uses

  • Install and play the game on authorized devices
  • Create user-generated content within game guidelines
  • Share gameplay experiences on social media

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
  • Distribute, sell, or sublicense the software
  • Remove or alter copyright notices
  • Use the software for commercial purposes

3. Ownership

StarDream Game Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, including:

  • Source code and object code
  • Graphics, audio, and visual elements
  • Game mechanics and algorithms
  • Trademarks and branding

4. Updates and Modifications

We may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the software. These updates are subject to this license agreement unless accompanied by separate terms.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must:

  • Cease all use of the software
  • Delete all copies from your devices
  • Destroy any related materials

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StarDream Game Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this software.

8. General Provisions

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and StarDream Game Studio regarding the software. It is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
